The Art of the Blurb

“Books are, let’s face it, better than everything else,” the inimitable Nick Hornby has said. And it’s true. They just are. And blurb.com can help turn even the most timid of bookworms into publishers extraordinaire. Armed with the site’s free software, you can design your own book in one of four sizes and three cover types (softcover, hardcover with imagewrap, or hardcover with dust jacket). The printing is beautiful, and if you’re feeling a bit Joyceian, you can fill up to 440 pages. Once your book is finished and ordered, it only takes about a week for you to receive the finished product.  Starting at just under $13, how can you resist?
